Only one man is in charge of preparing the team, picking the team, deciding the tactics, insisting on a particular defensive set up, deciding how and when substitutes are used, motivating the team, and that is not Brands.......

Koeman 100%. I don’t hate Silva personally like I did with that ginger oaf, I just think he’s a terrible manager who should never have been given this level of responsibility.
