Dont get me wrong, theres nobody from yesterday that should be dropped, I firmly believe you retain your place if you play well, but still, blindly just picking the same team, when people arent playing well is the reason we got in a mess in the first place.
Its of course very easy when everybody plays like yesterday.

If he is winning then that is the most important thing. If he is losing then his job should come into question.
So if come end of the season he finishes 10th with an average record then we should replace him. If he loses another 4 in a row from now.then we have to replace him.
It's basing it on results and performance rather than knee jerk reactions. If we had lost yesterday, would I have wanted him sacked this week? Absolutely. Because it wouldn't have been one defeat, it would have been 5 in a row. However one win where he changed the team, style and mentality shows progress. As I say it is up to him to continue that or face the backlash for failing.
Best bit of that story is that it wasn’t even the right hotel lol

Yesterday was the first time all season we had performed for 90minutes, apart from that we had played well in like 3 x20 minutes spells at most over the 10 or so games we had played.
Nobody is "fooled", nobody is now saying Silva is Jose, for me hes still got loads of negatives, but if he can keep winning games and move us up the table, aint nobody with any sense gonna complain.
It doesnt mean everything is fine, it simply means we are happy cos we won a game, thats all we want every week, to win.
