I have always been behind Marco and said we need to give him time.
We have a better squad now than when he joined but there is still work to do to improve and still a lot of dead wood to move on , it was never going to be a quick fix.
If the time comes and we have to sack him it has to be the right choice not a stop gap or the current flavour of the month.
I still think we need to hold our nerve but obviously things have to improve.

being indecisive at this point could ultimately prove to be a huge mistake.

the premier league is much more competitive in the bottom half and we can not beat the teams around as it stands ..

I like Silva, seems a nice guy, but he needs to be sacked now. This is a gutless Everton side who need a no nonsense boss to set them straight.

The VAR is papering over the cracks, we still lost the game....again. One thing goes against us and the team folds.

One thing we had under Moyes was a bit of steel, we’ve lost that and need to get it back. (Not Moyes though) Silva can’t give us that unfortunately and his game management is still awful.
