Hated the way Moyes left us. In talks with United in January. Could have signed a deal with Everton and then when United came calling we would have got some compo.I'm like @davek here, I think the squad needs Moyes' military (and tactical) discipline.
Would far rather have him than Silva.
But really Brands should earn his pennies and get Van Gaal in.

On the plus point he took some dross off us when he managed Sunderland.
For me appoint till end of season. He will get us organised. Gives us time to get a experienced good manager in
The same was said about Allardyce.
I refer the learned gentleman to an earlier post:
I think this is a very sensible, pragmatic view of it all.
Moyes doesn't just know where all the furniture goes. He is part of the furniture. A very comfy sofa.
Come home David.
That’s a different incident and still nothing official@Bryan not just the Daily Mail.
There’s a difference, Allardyce was brought in to do a specific job, his trademark job. Mark Hughes doesn’t have a trademark job, he isn’t even a relegation firefighter, he’s just a man that gets sacked.
Let’s all hail the dinosaur moyes never won a thing in his career. Like 2yrs ago, Not a chance we go downSilva Out, Moyes in, Silva will take us down, Moyes would never let that happen to us.
Unfortunately we said that before the last international break and nothing happened. My feeling is we have to be in the relegation places and out of the Cup before they sack him; sad state of affairs. It is getting very tiresome now all of this blaming VAR for us not winning enough games. There have always been dodgy and incorrect decisions from match officials for many years i.e a long time before VAR came in. Nothing has changed, never been any different and Managers have always tried to use it as an excuse for losing. We have been on the receiving end of many poor decisions pretty much every season for as many years as i can remember and so have a lot of other teams. Granted the top teams may get an easier ride sometimes but that has always been the case too.
The reality is and always has been that you have to find ways to win matches regardless of things going against you and we are exactly were we deserve to be because we have been nowhere near good enough.
Lose or draw today and i cannot see any way that he can survive. It will be 12 points from 12 games (if we draw) with just 3 wins, no away wins since last March, being unable to beat relegation fodder and sitting 4th from bottom. With a 2 week break upon us too, his time will almost certainly be up.
