Does anyone here have any faith that the muppets in charge will get the right manager in?

Absolutely nothing I’ve seen from them from players, coaching staff and management would lead me to believe that they have the slightest bit of football acumen.

We are cursed

Its bewildering. The second the team was announced, it was shouted down as too slow by the forum. Yet a professional manager thought otherwise, but then said post match that we were too slow.

Dont get it. We have a talented squad, a few injuries, granted. (who hasnt?), but still not starting Keane, Iwobi benched, just annoys me a bit.

  • Everton manager Marco Silva has lost all four of his Premier League home games against sides starting the day bottom of the table - 2-0 v Sunderland in May 2017 (with Hull), 2-1 v Swansea in December 2017 (with Watford), 3-1 v West Ham in September 2018 (with Everton) and 2-0 v Norwich City today (with Everton).
  • Everton have lost five of their past six Premier League games versus newly promoted teams (W1), as many as in their previous 48 combined.
So,so bad

Some record that.

Genuinely thought he was a good hire and would have been a success but he's messed up too many times and the fans are toxic (again) so off he goes.

Moyes it is.

Moyes and Silva’s styles of football aren’t that dissimilar really.

Turgid, striker-less, play-it-wide and cross it.

Moyes has more or less been out of the game for 5 years. That’s a big worry if he was to come in. And he was hardly the most modern manager to begin with.

At least he’d care I suppose.
