What worries me is “Moyes is being discussed as a replacement in the interim” — that tells me Kenwright is in Moshs ear telling him how great he was and how his manager appointments have all failed.

They’ve been in discussions for a couple of weeks now, if he does go it’s Moyes with Osman and Stubbs.

The fallout with the local media and Royle had catastrophic consequences for the club.

I am sure that played a part in Joe resigning over the Flo non signing as he was volatile at the time. An act that was regretful for all concerned.

Silva and his backroom staff are done here though. Looking back to Royle, I wonder how Joe would have reacted to that German scruff legging around on the pitch if it was against his Everton (not that any RS manager is beating a Royle led Everton).

That moment was the one where I lost faith in Marco. He has been walked all over on numerous occasions since.
