Season performance so far from the manager: 7/10.

Top half of the table and a cup final in sight; add that to the breathtaking football he has his players serving up and it's a pretty good shift since the summer.

More of the same over Christmas and into the New Year and we have a very good season in the offing.

60+ points is still within reach and we've already secured the very good cup run, so my targets are either reached or within reach.

Teams with less talent are getting more out of there players. That lies with Martinez and the staff but he's going nowhere because the powers at the club are okay with mid table and TV money next season
