God gave the talent, Barcelona cultivated it from age 12 until now. They did a decent job, but no doubt God is better at developing talent.

I think Arsenal when Wenger may jack up, i think Utd were burnt with Davey and may not want to trod that path again in a hurry.

On land we dont own
With players we dont own

Its not really an issue.
