If Saudie won't have him I wonder if any other country would. Lee Hughes managed to get back into football, wonder if Greenwood had been charged and served time people would have been more forgiving?
If he scores goals someone will take a punt.
Lee Hughes and Chad Evans both got back in the game. Both ended up below the previous standard though.

Greenwood won't be out of work for long. If he joined us it would be a year before he plays due to Dyche's rigorous match-fit standards.

The old Plymouth keeper killed a couple of kids drink driving and resumed his career after serving about four years, I think.
Very good point. He was welcomed back by some reviled by other Plymouth fans.
It was a crazy decision IMO to take him back.
The only and I stress only saving grace was that he was very contrite

He won't - they are trying to make themselves a product that gets them into the super league. He doesn't fit the brief, too controversial, too much negative attention with absolutely zero upside.

Lower level top flight European domestic league is the more likely.

Saudi have already said Nah. cos of ^^^^ that.

We have a couple of clubs here with totally broken moral compasses and Greenwood's story didn't make it over to Czechia. I can honestly see one of the two Mordor clubs Slavia or Sparta kicking his tyres while putting feelers out to their Ultras that he wasn't convicted.

If either Slavia or Sparta's Ultras have a massive interest in women's rights, domestic violence or sexual violence they have kept it pretty well hidden behind a veil of being absolute cockwombles.
