Rough loss.

I expected us to loose, but did not expect so poor Brazil. If Neymar was not allowed to score the first goal, they wouldn't score at all - that was breaking point. History repeated, Kaka scored in similar fashion in 2006 - we did great against Brazil, but we lost 1-0.

Our coach made some mistakes, it was obvious, as I mentioned earlier today, that those three in midfield can't play together. Kovačić was invisible, Rakitić was invisible. When Kovačić was subbed by Brozović, I expected Brozović <> Rakitić, but nothing happened. I hope to see some change for next games.

Modrić is a class!

Now, we must fight back and defeat Africans, it's our "final". If we don't win it (Mandžukić comes back), we are out.

Definitely - Neymar should have been sent off before his equaliser. Different game then.

I loved the game last night. I thought Brazil deserved the win. Neymar is brilliant, and I love seeing the defence getting up.

Don't talk wet... Never a sending off.

It was never a red card, much ado about nothing...In the replays you can see both players anticipating the contact and preparing for their theatrical response...Credit to Modric for playing his part well but it was nonsense

The penalty was a shame really, never a pk...On it's own, would still be hard not to be angry at the officials but once the crew judged Olic to have fouled Cesar on the equalizer a bit later it had all the feel of the fix being in

Neymar saved Brasil from dead in that 1st half but otherwise Oscar was MOTM...Scolari has to be concerned about his defense who were all poor on the night....Perisic, Modric, Rakitic & Olic all played very well for Croatia...Draw was the fair result, IMO

Glad to see the return of the vanishing spray on freekicks, look forward to it in CL - long overdue

Mourinho's done good by putting a bit of mongrel in Oscar like

If Mourinho wasn't so dogmatic and let Oscar play football, Chelsea would have walked the league this season!

(Yep, that's right I'm judging the whole league on one game from last night. But, it's the World Cup so I'm allowed to get carried away!).

Awful commentary team; awful pundits (all in matching shirts - how sweet!); awful ref; poor game.

Neymar should have walked for the elbow on Modric - he looked at him, lined him up and then fired straight into his jaw whilst making no attempt whatsoever to play the ball. If that was Skrtel or Gerrard on Barkley or Mirallas, everyone on here would be screaming for a red.

Very disappointing to see diving and play-acting has become endemic in the Brazilian squad - no surprise to see Oscar leading the way. I sincerely hope this Brazil team gets knocked out.

Ref may as well have been wearing yellow. There was nothing to see after Brazil's second went in (never a penalty, by the way) because it was transparently obvious the ref was under orders to ensure Brazil won.

I don't think it was a poor game at all. Just had two very poor decisions in it. Possibly 3 poor decisions.

As for the diving. It's not a new thing. Everyone does it. Doesn't make it right, but it's hardly the most shocking thing.

Ref had a poor 2nd half. Did anyone else notice Olic kept arguing with his team mates, he had a couple of bites at Jelavic and one with Lovren. His team mates balled him out for pirouetting in his own half giving the ball away. Seems to be a bit of friction.

thats really left a sour taste in my mouth. Its so blatantly fixed. Imagine the unrest if Brazil get knocked out early. I hope they do. Remember when the hosts Korea got into the semis after several dodgy decisions? Sad that football is becoming more and more corrupt/political.
