Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

It’s so they can muddy the waters and not be accountable for where the tickets are going, this was all on the advice of the fan advisory board so it will obviously benefit them somehow.
What’s the thinking on where they are actually going?

Not been to any away games in years and even then the fella who arranged the coach used to sort the tickets!

same, it tries to open the eticketing site when I select add to wallet from the email, but then safari closes down. Can’t even do it through the app in my ticket account, I just get this. View attachment 293828

Having the same issue here. Seems to be iPhone specific coz I've downloaded one ticket to Google Wallet fine but not getting anywhere on the iPhone still.

Same with me

Snap! Uh oh … could be chaos at turnstiles!?

The lass I spoke to said ring back just before 4 if you can’t add them to the Apple Wallet. If they can’t get it working she said they’d provide printed tickets at the box office.
When I asked if I could come and get print-offs today she said no! It’s gonna be chaos if they don’t sort it.
She basically told me that everybody leaving it til the last minute has caused this. I bought my tickets on 24th Jan!
Mines just worked and let me download to Apple wallet through the Everton app so they appear to have fixed the issue

Say a sale starts on 10 credits then goes to 8 credits then 6 credits for a guaranteed ticket, the supporters clubs put their order in for all their members who qualify, whether they have 10, 8 or 6. The club then take out all these tickets in blocks before it goes on sale online to other supporters who have 10 credits meaning we have this scenario where most of the allocation is gone immediately and the supporter with 10 credits is left with a poor choice of seat as they are in affect buying their ticket after someone who has 6 credits has already got theirs, it's total nonsense. 9 of us have full credits but because we choose to get the train most games and are not attached to a supporters club coach we are penalised on every away sale.

Ok got you.

Didn't even realise that supporters clubs had a direct “in” with the ticket office.

I’ve just called and it’s an issue they’re aware of and it’s been on and off all day. There’s an issue with the entire ticketing system. If it’s not fixed by tomorrow they’re offering printed tickets from the Park End box office.
