Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Have any STH's who have purchased Yeovil not received paper tickets?

My mate has kindly allowed me to borrow his Season Ticket as he's on holiday and in the auto-cup scheme, bit worried that I'm going to turn up at the turnstile and be turned away!

Everton sent an e-mail saying that your season card wouldn't be activated for this fixture. Instead you can only gain entry using the paper ticket

When? I was told to use my card?

Just checked my email which says "if you are a season ticket holder who has purchased their own seat for a home cup game, your season card will be activated. You should then use your season card as normal when entering the stadium."

I rang the box office about this because I haven't had a paper ticket - they have activated some season cards but not others. Apparently there was a technical problem with activating some cards and those affected have been contacted by email. I haven't had an email and the girl said she could see that my season card had been activated.

basically the email from everton said:

Unlike you’re perhaps used to, your Season card that you would usually use to gain entry into the stadium for a cup game has not been activated for the Yeovil fixture. Instead, you were sent a match ticket in the post to use. We write to remind you to use the match ticket sent as the season card will not have the game entitlement on. Please note that this will not be a regular occurrence and for future cup games your season card will be activated as normal, assuming you purchase your own seat.

Keen to understand the ticketing process for league matches as I'm new to the country, especially for big games.

The seats that are not sold as season tickets first go on sale to Foreverton members approx a week (but sometimes more) before general sale.

Is this the first opportunity anyone has at seats that haven't been sold as season tickets or can STH buy other seats first in a pre-foreverton window?

i.e. as a non STH is my best shot at a big game ticket sitting on the ticket portal refreshing at 7.59am with my foreverton membership priority window on release date?

STHs cannot buy additional tickets on their customer number until they go on General Sale mate.

And yeah, as a ForEverton member, it's 7:59am with F5 at the ready

Are you sure this email wasn't from a Nigerian Prince who wants to send you a share of his inheritance?

Just checked my confirmation & it says my ST has been activated for this fixture.

Email the club. They respond really quickly.

re Sunderland Away. I see it stands at STH +12 away credits.

Any idea when that will decrease?

The site used to give clear information as to what date it would drop down to less credits & then go on general sale. Am I missing this, I can't find it anywhere???

*****I'm not looking for tickets here. I'm hoping to buy our own to build our credits.

Maybe I couldn't see it, because I'm using a mini iPad.
