Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

So, your on 2 credits- go the Lincoln cup game, Cardiff away is mid-week in Feb so will probably go to general, others like Southampton in Jan prob will too.

You've got to bear in mind that we've had consecutive away games which have been Arsenal, Man United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City unless your high up the credit ladder your not likely to get a ticket for any of them, but there's plenty of opportunity to get on it.

Many of the less favourable games won't sell out as quickly as the ones everyone wants to go to so there will be plenty of opportunity to get on the ladder- especially as home cup games now count as an away credit so you don't even have to go to an away game!

QUOTE="BluePaul86, post: 6702122, member: 30760"]If i'd been on the ball last season I'd of been sound but sadly had other things going on. Looks like I've picked the wrong season to get on the ladder.
[/QUOTE]

I'll defo go Lincoln. Funnily enough I'm in Cardiff that week so desperate for a ticket for that game. Hopefully we get past Lincoln and get another home tie, so at worst I'll have 3/4 credits for Cardiff which touch-wood will be enough. Still seems like it'll take forever to get to a 'big' game though.

Will burnley tickets be like gold dust or are there likely to be a few spares floating about? I'm after one but I could also work if I no there are going to be no tickets available

Jeez. a slow day is it? Use your imagination will ya?

Don't blame the club. Blame stub hub.

My advice is don't use stub hub unless as a last resort or a bargain. Tickets can be bought directly from the club for pretty much every home as long as you are straight in there for start of general sale.

Failing that, buy the membership. It's still far better than a ticket resale site. I don't know why people would go to stub hub or other resale sites before a game is sold out.

I'm stuck on 2 and probably won't get to an away again now. Last season games like Brighton went to season ticket holders + general sale. No chance of any like that this season. Now way will 3000 of our fans go to Brighton just before new year. System needs changing and credit collectors need outing.
Spot check that every one who gets a ticket actually goes. Should be easy enough in this day + age. I know atleast 2 people who sit near me at Goodison who get tickets for every single away fixture and haven't been to one this season.

No, your wrong!

Just go back a few pages and read the lad who's put up the levels of ticket criteria for the last few years.
People are on here complaining that they can't get away tickets for this season on their own credits weren't moaning at the tail end of last season, hell even early last year no one gave a crap.

" I want to go this year cos I feel we're playing better, I need tickets me me me......"

Sunderland a few years ago as we got done by fat Sam, springs to mind... You want to be involved when it suits you as your top fans, but pretty much don't care for this thread when we are bollocks.......

Everyone has had the chance to get in on the criteria, don't cry when you only want to go when it's fun.

Your to late....... Check it out you've all had plenty of chances , don't start bleating cos you can't get tickets for games you want to go too, but couldn't be arsed attending to get there .....

Carlin, sexy, etc proper fans who go every year when where crap or not , and try and help lads on this site to get on the ladder ;););).......

You know nothing about my situation and the illness which led to the death of a family member last year. That is why I couldn't attend games last season not because I'm only a fan when I want to be.

Sorry mate, I'll apologize because I do not know anyones individual circumstances, i can't attempt to understand how any individual feels or what is occurring in their life.

But you've obviously attended before that so you'll know how it works and I'm sure you'll be back at the games before to long.

I'm sure everyone who views this thread will see I've only gone along the lines of what you have spoke about in relation to getting tickets, no baiting or nothing particularly nasty.

In the spirit of apologizing, I can understand your genuinely upset and I'm quite happy to not be posting and get out of bluekipper.

Good luck for the future, and I hope you get better, losing family is something that takes plenty of time and hope , again I'm sorry for your loss xxx

In fairness you’ve only posted due to the fact people do tend to cry about getting on. The ladder when we are on the verge of a promising spell . And the same people are usually nowhere to be seen when things are bad .

There was definitely no malice in your post .

Appreciate that mate, and I probably reacted too sensitively to what you posted. I know it wasn't directly aimed at myself.
