Salad Cream - Tuna butty, Salmon Butty, Salad (as if)

Mayonnaise - Pizza, Chips etc

Brown Sauce - Sausage and Egg, bacon and Egg, and things of this sort.

I only use brown sauce, when visiting England. I know it's part of you culture, and I probably shouldn't be saying this, but it's overrated stuff in my opinion.

Probably become the most hated person on GOT now.:(

once saw lancashire sauce which was made by lea & perrin, it was the same texture/consistency as worcester but smelled exactly like h.p. and was for use in stews etc.

in holland i only remember the sauce we called "loempia bitch sauce" as we used to get it from the bitch who was selling vietnamese loempia's out of a wok outside the bank in beverwijk on market day.

You never had Curry Ketchup while you lived in Holland? Mate you missed something special. The sauce is from German origin, but very popular in the southern part of Holland. comes here with everything, bbq, chips, sausages, snacks...etc...etc... Isn't that well known in the rest of Holland though, as they seem to use tomato ketchup with everything.
