jordan rhodes would probably cost the same if more and would be just as big a risk IMO. i'm obviously a bit iffy about us spending that on a teenager as well but can't think of too many backup strikers that would interest us for a similar/lesser fee that would be a guaranteed succes. also looking at the teams interested in him seem that he defo has something about him.

I didn't say no interest in him mate I said no interest from Wigan , although maybe the clubs sniffing about won't be paying 'massive fees' I'd think. I do know in two conversations with people in the last 7 days moyes has mentioned a striker?
