I love the concept, would have to see the biodiversity outcome investigations first but it is exciting

The area further down the Mersey - Speke / Hale / Widnes is an SSSI and the mud flats are of international importance to over wintering wading birds.

I’m pretty sure this area is protected and anything that would negatively affect it, wouldn’t get past first base.
