After yesterday's successful gym and swim visit, I went to high intensity aqua aerobics tonight. Hopefully this will all be reflected on the scales eventually!
The decorator got back to me with a quote. It seems reasonable so we're going to go with him. Hopefully he can get it done in a couple of weeks and that will be phase one of the moving in completed.

Bit better thanks, a nasty bug this. Late fitness test tomorrow morning . House move sounds like it’s progressing nicely- it must be exciting. We’ve lived in the same house for thirty odd years and the thought of sorting everything out to move makes me feel pale . That said I have always wanted a house with a view so we might yet be tempted. Good luck x

I have just watched the presser and I swear Moyes laughed ,I see him as a guy who ran off with the love of my life and then dumped her ,so I cannot forgive him .
Today he admitted it might be the new manager bounce but to be fair I think his calmness has even helped me !! The worrying thing was his answer to the Jarrad Brantwaite question near the end .

I had a mail from my uncle ,he told me my cousin was at the first game at BMD but not him but he did go to the Bramley Moor pub where he had a Mann's brown with bitter .Some things make you feel homesick ,I used to have it over Whitbread but I am sure it was just as good .

I heard that as being if someone wants to buy him they will have to pay his worth, but at the end of the day what will be will be.

Going rate for a decorator here is £80 a day. Doesn’t include tea and biscuits but laid on as standard. Grateful for that as I know elsewhere is much more expensive.

Sorry to hear this but at the same time glad for her that she has passed over to be with the rest of her family. Our time walking here may be short but we are always with our loved ones no matter.
