I liked Mark Carney when he was at the Bank of England. Very measured and considered..Good morning all. Mark Carney the soon to be Canadian PM is an Evertonian. He has distant relatives from Liverpool and supports us as a result. I think this qualifies him perfectly for his new job - living next door to a delusional bully with no moral compass
