It's the opposite, he will always deliver eventually, and at the business end of the season when it counts.

I have commented on more than one occasion about his inability to lead and his head goes when things don’t go well. But he’s done ok since he’s come back in. I honestly think with Mina or Tarkowski he feels more assured because they lead from the front. If the buck lies with him to Marshall t defence he struggles. That been said he’s done enough to warrant a start and the Dyche factor has made a difference too.
