Hence why most definitely and clearly said last 10-15 years.

Keane is an abomination and without doubt the very worst played CB we have had in my lifetime
Ahem...Ben Godfrey ....Mason Holgate.... both played away at QPR in the LC last year.
I still have nightmares watching a fat old Charlie Austin school the pair of 'em. Atrocious CH's.

Sure mate, least your blaming him and not the manager
The Manager had no option but to play him...as you have seen, he has not started one match this season and we sit 11th (albeit in a congested bottom half, but still 11th), four points off the relegation places, three points off them and eight points off a Champions League spot, and all that after 12 games.

I'm sure he's a really nice person, but not a good football player.

So please stop with the innuendo and little barbs, and let's get behind the manager and his squad.

Can you do that?

His head went last season, he lost his confidence so badly he was doing error after error, he was timid and I do believe led the errors leading to goals column.

He hasn't the heart for a fight. Big softy he is which isn't a good attribute for a CB.
Agree, I blame Benitez myself for it.

Yeah but we have 2 great centre backs building a real partnership, Keane should be no.place near the starting 11

Agree, let's all get behind the team

He may end up on loan somewhere next window. But depending on our own circumstances we don’t necessarily want to be helping other clubs. (I know it’s debatable if that would be the case).

He still has two and a half years left on his current deal. It’s more likely he will pause any permanent transfer until the summer when he would probably be a target of newly promoted clubs.
Agree with this. We should only let him (or anyone) go to a Premier league team in January if it raises enough revenue to improve the team elsewhere. Loans abroad or to the championship, slightly different.
