Keane was boss. If we had two of him, Im not sure we would allow any goals. I know its early, but for me he has played the best of the new signings in his short time. Of course, against sides we dominated possession on...

I was impressed, very composed, good distribution. One mix-up with Stek but other than that looked good. Question is, who will be the best partner for him - Williams, Jags or an as yet unsigned CB? Williams looked well off the pace tonight.

He seemed to win a lot of headers, which is strange because he didn’t look that tall from the stands.

Was solid though.

Those little over the top flicks he was trying to Martina need to cease. One cos they didn't work all that often and two, Martina needs releasing.

Apart from that, he's sound. Dead sound.

Sums it up. Hell of a signing. Oh how I wish we could pair him with a better partner than Williams.

We still badly need another CB because one injury to Keane and we are back with the same as last season, Jags/Williams

Absolutely essential, Williams is not good enough except as backup. We need a pacy centre half alongside him.

We really need to make a big signing to play alongside him. It's daft to spend big on Pickford and Keane and then put Williams in there.

Makes no sense to spend big on Sigurdsson when a top centre back could be signed instead.

Keane would look great if he had a good partner.

I actually think if Funes Mori would fit he would complement Keane ideally. We've been playing Funes next to Williams and Jags, and that is when Funes looks dross as he is forced to distribute and attempt passes. But Mori is quick, good in the air and can lay a challenge (just not against the rs). Real shame he got injured. Need a good signing next Keane. Williams third choice and becomes 4th choice when mori is fit.
