Judging players because they don't get a run at Chelsea is ridiculous they have a whole squad out on loan. They stockpile good players and sell them if they don't use them. Many good players have gone elsewhere and improved with a run elsewhere. Also maybe Spain doesn't suit Bats style. The German league is more comparable to the PL, than the slow Spanish build up. Sounds like he was used as a bit part too. If he came here he would get starts.

As much as he would be an improvement on Tosun and Niasse, it's probably for the best he doesn't come.

We've gone for these type of players a lot in recent years and it hardly ever works out. Players who were good a while ago and have badly dropped off. We think we can be the one a tune out of them again and we never, ever do.

What like when we bought lukaku? Howard, Neville, Gibson and barry?

Some of them might of stayed till they were past their best but over all were still good players for us, especially for the prices we paid. Even Rooney last season still ended up being our top goal scorer.

It's buying crap form the other 13 teams that has left us with dross.
