This feels good, yes?

For some reason my first thought when we face Middlesbrough is the Boxing Day 1995 fixture in which we won 4-0, and for some reason, the goals are not the things that stick in my mind. It's the fact that I had a massive ear infection, was in the icy breeze of the top balcony, and Juninho ended up injured in a heap on the ground and got carried off. Walton winters eh?

And don't forget that Ravanelli who nearly signed for us, but went to these instead. God knows why. And it was these who tried to scupper us signing Andrei Kanchelskis, being part of the reason it was dragged out. Thankfully, unlike Ravanelli, Andrei chose the correct club.

On to Everton, I'm feeling good about the rest of the season. Lukaku is in form, Tom Davies is boss and Ademola Lookman is impressing me tons.

Joel, while not the finished article, deffo contributed to the win on Saturday and seems to be growing in confidence game by game.
