minor things that make you fume

Maybe no decent female managers applied for it? Might be a case that the coaching side will develop a bit later than the playing side which looks to have improved a lot over the last ten years. There's still not many qualified female coaches out there by the looks of it.

He does have a pretty good track record with them especially as they were pretty poor under the previous manager.

Then why didn't a proven prem to league one manager "manage" them then until then?

People who go to places like Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, etc. Then post things on Facebook/Twitter like: 'I'm learning so much about myself, I've really discovered who I am', 'I'm literally living the dream'.

Give it a rest, no one is arsed. Really don't understand why people feel the need to constantly post about holidays they are on. If it is that good, why are they on their phones posting videos none stop?

Virtually came here to post something like this.
The sad reality of the psychology behind the trend, which was explained to me by a more or less lucid ex (who partakes in the practice), is that if others don't know about it feels like it didn't really happen. Publicizing your vacations on social media has become a norm like validating your existence or affiliation to modern society by having an ID card and figuring in a database. Otherwise, it's like you don't exist in the eyes of everyone else.
Used to be that people would travel out of sheer curiosity. Nowadays everyone has the same 100 pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower and the Tower of Pisa or the Big Ben, and every sod thinks they're the first one to post it.

I get it's none of my business but it's still a proper fume

Tea bags, in a box, that come in pairs. I'm pretty sure they're not manufactured in pairs, but in massive strips then cut up. Why can't they just go the extra step, and make them single? The fight to get a single one out of the box, without pulling the rest out, without tearing it so there're tea leaves all over the place, is unreasonable when all you want is a decent cuppa.

Then when you get a pair out and separate it, you're faced with having to put the second one away.

Lazy, arrogant tossers who think putting their hazard lights on somehow excuses them parking in an unsafe, obstructive or selfish manner.

The one I don't get is when they park in a bay on the side of the road with their hazards on. Are they so used to parking in a bellish place that it's just habit?

If someone parks in front/behind them it looks like they're indicating to pull out.

It's as if they feel like there's no point in going on the holiday if they can't put it on Facebook!

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/traffic-lane-zipper-merge.htm

Have to admit, it makes me fine when cars zoom up the lane that is closing on the motorway. Turns out they're right to do it.

Always have been. Makes me laugh when people complain about it (which seems to happen loads in this thread) yet it's actually the right thing to do.

Round where i live there are quite a few bits of road that are 2 lanes, then merge into 1 lane. The amount of people who sit in the left hand lane whilst the right hand lane sits empty is ridiculous. It just causes jams cause they're too busy moaning at the people who do use the outside lane instead of learning how roads work.

Yoghurt scrapers. Especially people in work.

You know the type, it is vaguely annoying at first when you hear the "schlep" (Sorry I cant do impressions) noise once or twice. But then it just builds up..."Schlep......Schlep.....SCHLEP SCHLEP SCHLEP SCHLEP SCHLEP" into a crescendo of plasticy doom.

ANY NEED??

It's a pot of yoghurt, not some mysterious serum of eternal youth. You don't have to get every last bloody bit out!
