They first fail to understand the problem I have, then provide a solution to a problem I don't have, offer a non-working solution to the problem I have, insinuate that the problem I have is more my problem than theirs and then assure me that the problem will be solved in 24 hours.

Regardless of the solution it always takes 24 hours to take effect. And then fails to work. They are beyond gash and I can't wait till my contract is up to drop them. In fact they're the first mobile company I'm thinking of paying up early to drop them they're so incompetent.

The latest (in a long line) is not being able to log into my online account. I try to log in and it says there's an error with the password/email, I try and get a reminder or password reset and it claims the phone number doesn't exist so I try and register an account and it says there is one already registered to the number.

I ring them to get a simple password reset and they go all around the houses, send me an email repeating what's already on the website, give me an over the phone equivalent of a shrug of the shoulders, ask me why I need to log into my online account and then tell me it'll all be alright in 24 hours! Past experience tells me the 24 hour thing is just a way of getting me off the phone as they don't know what to do.

That's a bit mad that.

Quick Google tells me the issue may be a hyphenated email address?

Other than that, not what you want to hear but ask them to completely reset your details so you can re register with the site and do it that way.
