Hi some advice please. Moved places early on in year. Cancelled sky as out of contract. They eventually sent a label to send equiptment back. Sent back. Just had email saying taking legal action if dont pay £135 for not returning equiptment. I cant find receipt from post office to prove this. Thoughts appreciated.

Hi they did same thing with me six months ago luckily i had post office receipt.I had to email copy of receipt to them to prove id returned it.Then a month later got another leter saying same thing had to go through whole process again not heard anything since.

I've had three reminders in the post from DVLA to renew driving licence.

They urge me to do this online. I did that weeks ago and sent them my old licence cut in two as requested.

There's no phone number displayed to sort this out. It's a worry.

People who post on here who appear to have no comprehension of paragraph spacing, for ease of reading. Their posts just go on and on for hundreds of words, usually in response- replay to to some inane aspect of the new stadium build. Paragraphs are lovely when utilised, as they make things so much easier.

Try contacting the post office you went to and asking for a copy of receipt

They should be able to provide If you have the date time etc as it would have been scanned on system

Find the receipt, if its less than 28 days ago you're on cctv and the PO might be able to help you.
