Out last night and my mates Mar turning up unannounced at the social club we where in at midnight to give him a lift home - he's in his late 40's and was in the process of trying it on with a Hattie Jaques look alike at the bar when his mar walked in - priceless !

Do you strut round like you're fighting fit? I do that it makes me feel amazing until I go home and cry into the mirror that I'm an absolute Ming.

Hotel pool as well. No one there but relatives, felt like an athlete. I'll enjoy it until I play footy next and I'm the one with the gut
