I actually cut it on a frey bentos tin! Was trying to pull the lid off it because a couple of tiny parts hadn't opened and this time my hand must have went through a slicing motion on the lid right accross my hand. Very deep as well, neighbor said they could see the inside of my hand lol

My own fault like, surprisingly remained quite calm. Only started to worry when I saw how dark the blood was coming out.

Fray Bentos tins are an accident waiting to happen. Did the same myself about 10 years ago and still have the scar.

Been close on a number of occasions, I know they are cack and smell like dog food but they're handy to have in the cupboard and I love the pastry,rest of the family can't stand them and disappear if I'm having one,...........oh yes they're good for that reason aswell.

Thanks mate! I follow Alan Partridge I just didn't follow why you were calling me that. The Henmania thing was from Peep Show I think.

haha yeah thats why we had one. Don't normally buy them much otherwise, not a fan of pastry in general.

i wish i did sell the bloody stuff now.

got over a litre of the stuff made to see me through and before the end of it i am bored of the flavours.

but then again 40 quid or thereabouts for like 4 months worth compared to 40 quid barely lasting 2 weeks if i was smoking

Have you tried experimenting and mixing the flavours up ?

Got a mate who does it and he's very happy with the results !

aye that is kinda what i do. Especially ones similar to others. Like i made 300 mils of a flavour called bowdens mate for round about a tenner. the real thing is 25 quid a bottle for 30 mils.

Its a mugs game to buy it pre made now, so expensive for very little. If the EU doesn't make the industry collapse then that will.
