Something went ping in my knee on a run a few weeks ago. Seemed to resolve itself then I did the JP Morgan run last week (486th out of 14,500, oh yeah) and it happened again. Patelofemoral Pain Syndrome, or 'Runners Knee', it seems. Can't seem to work out if I just have to suffer it or if I can cure it. Concerning though. Need to change my trainers, only had my current ones a few months but they're crap.Going to start running soon myself.
The last time I ran it was around February and I ran home from the tube station because it was freezing. Had shin splints for about 3 days. Agony.
