Genuine question - is the chicken you eat Free Range, with a genuine traceable source mate ?
If not you could be putting a lot of bad chemicals into your body as cage chickens are fed all kinds of nasty stuff in with their food to fatten them up quickly and also to keep them disease free .
Getting a new pair of running shoes that fit perfectly and don't give you blisters for weeks !

Said goodbye to a good friend tonight (she is moving to The Netherlands), we were pretty much in tears when hugging, with my partner watching which is obviously a bit odd but I am glad that is a thing we can be open about. Jealously is the worst trait and i'm just so glad its not there (yet..).

I've just had a 10 minute stand off with a massive wasp in my bedroom. I couldn't find anything big enough to hit it with so I used a deodorant can and a lighter and burned the [Poor language removed]. He was no match. I enjoyed it too which was a bit worrying.
