off to Ibiza after work tomorrow, 2 days of playing golf with the wife before 2 other couples come out and join us for 4 days....Guetta closing party at Ushuaia on Monday and Rudimental/Gorgon City at Amnesia on the Tuesday. Cannot wait!

My mate's dad makes sloe gin every now and again and it's honestly one of the nicest drinks I've ever had.

Nearly ready for picking, why don't you give it a go ? Really easy. I use this recipe with tweaks : no almond essence, I use a large plastic milk containers or large spirit bottles as I have only one Kilner jar. Just sterilize in the oven and for the milk container use a sterilizing tablet you use for babies' milk bottles. I use the cheapest gin, I've never noticed the difference between it and the more expensive. Drinkable within two months. Just find some sloes. Pick when soft.
