I sent it to 2 of my friends (rugby players) for the lulz.Massively gay. They keep popping up in my timeline from other people. Some people have no shame.

Caffeine
Seriously. How do people function without it?
Healthily lol
There's is nothing unhealthy about caffeine per se.
Both coffee and tea have been associated with health benefits.
Very similar to alcohol...a little can be good for you. It's the overindulgence that can be detrimental.
I do drink the odd cup of tea, but I could easily go without. The majority of people I know couldn't go a day without caffeine, which is sort of what I'm getting at. Very rarely do I come across people who drink it in moderation, its a tool for them to function on a daily basis. The ridiculous amount of coffee shops which have sprung up in the UK attests to that.
Still not unhealthy even if it is daily....unless your getting one of the frou-frou drinks that are full of sugar and fat.
It is if they're going over 4 cups (probably less if we're talking larger cups from Costa etc), which I'm certain many people do. Not disputing that it can be healthy in moderation, because I've no doubt it can. I've not really got much of an issue with coffee tbh, I actually love the smell. Its the Monsters and the Red Bulls of this world that worry me when I see people getting through them.
Coffee and energy drinks have similar caffeine amounts per fluid ounce, but people do tend to chug down energy drinks so peak concentration in the body would be higher than most coffee drinkers. Anything over about 500 mg a day of caffeine is too much especially if daily.
I think we ultimately agree......moderation is the key.
Energy drink contain a lot more crap than caffeine. Very dangerous stuff IMO
