Maybe KM's one of those who needs a run to be at his best, so why he's lost out on the left with McGeady out of favour, and Kone, clev not being suited is odd.

His management of Mirellas is just another factor is his general mismanagement of the team. If he didn't want him he should have been sold when his value was high. To keep him and not give him a chance is very poor.
Hopefully the new manager can sort Mirellas out and he can start delivering for us.

Yep, he should have sold him if he didnt want to play him, he made some bad mistakes, buying naiise when we needed someone now to play. Sold Naismith who was a hard working player with aggression. Kept Mirralas who must be a bad egg in the dressing room. Some of his decisions have been all over the place, it's shows he a man under pressure who losing his head as the job become to big for him

This Naismith stuff has to stop. I dont think anyone grumbled when we got 8M in for him. He wasnt getting any game time and aint dont much for Norwich since leaving.
I like Naismith dont get me wrong, good honest pro, seems a decent bloke but he would have been mad to not have sold him at that time.
