Was speaking to a family member of hers on Saturday about him, he watched him from when he was 12/13 (YEWTREE) right through and reckons he's a really good player. Not sure he could cut it at this level though. You'd have to imagine Blackburn wouldn't take a loss on him so it would be probably north of eight million. Not for me like.

I just looked at that, he looks like a proper ball winner, which we need, £15m is a lot of money for him though, considering he is in the last year of his contract. Also I would presume if we get him we wont get Barry? Or would we still get Barry and not get McCarthy?
