If Doyle is an Everton player after the deadline tomorrow, I really don't know what I'll do. That would be the most embarrassing signing ever, the man barely scores and we need a proper striker for once.

He's a championship player. Had 1 good season with Reading. Since then, he's a work horse attacking player that doesn't score.

One way to tell about the quality of a signing can sometimes be by the reaction of other clubs fans, like we say the spurs signings individually have been great, A little bit of talk in this very thread about Liverpool getting Moses and Sahko.

It would be interesting to see what the footballing world thinks of us signing Kevin Doyle.

If Vic and Naismith are both sold, we better have some big signings coming in. They are great squad players who are both in better form than current starters. Both magically find goals, and work hard. I look forward to us finally having enough in form and talented players that the is no place for them, but we are not there yet.
 
So - Feli out. McCarthy and Barry in. With perhaps some wonga to splash in January.
Would anyone of taken that at the start of the window? Probably not :)
 
I just want Everton to compete not sit here watching SSN tomorrow seeing all other clubs buy like they currently have and us do **** all exept sell or get drivel. Think il order some crystal meth for tomorrow day/night
