Man, those shots after the uppercut are why I can never get fully into MMA. I don't blame the fighter but damn, that shiz is grim
 

Some cracking fights last night O’Mally came back really strong. Looked like he’s put that defeat behind him. The Woodley fight was mental for about 20 seconds and what else can you say about Ngannou. Brilliant performance, if they manage to set up him vs Jones I’m going to lose my mind

They're actually the only 3 fights I watched but really enjoyed them all. Luque's quick recovery from Woodley tagging him was very impressive. His legs went stiff and looked in trouble but suddenly is on the front foot. Got to think there is a good chance Woodley will retire now after 4 straight losses.

And as you say, brilliant performance from Ngannou. Loved his defence on the takedown attempt and how quickly he turned it into attack. Credit to Stipe though, he can take some hits!

I listened to a post match with Dana White and he kind of indicated it would be the end for Woodley, he spoke about it being his 4th consecutive defeat. I didn’t watch the Prelims but Mullarkey looked impressive for his first debut in UFC. He caught Worthy with a great left, didn’t know what hit him. He was asking Mullarkey’s corner what happened haha.

very impressive from Ngannou, he was so patient. When Miocic went to shoot him and Ngannou defended it I thought this is over. There’s nothing Miocic can do to stop him. Ngannou’s power is terrifying. Really upped his fight IQ to. Great performance and it’s not like it was just against some nobody
 
I see Poirier v McGregor 3 has been announced. Connor is daft, he said after the last fight he needed more fights to get rid of rust and so he signs up to fight him again in his next fight. Think he should've got a W before getting in with Poirier again.
 

Good card tonight.

Going for Usman in main event, although would love a Masvidal win.

Think Namajunas will cause an upset. Shevchenko wins easy though. Weidman/Hall depends on which one is more gassed, which logic tells you is Weidman but for me it's a 50/50 going in.

Have a bet on most of the fights tonight but can’t see myself staying awake for it all tbh!
