Possibly not, but I reckon the part of the job he’s actually earned his beans on with this deal is getting him (hopefully) here in the first place! Brands appears to be pretty good at selling “the project” which is just as much part of his job as spotting a player!

Who cares about the details like buy back, balls to that the important thing is we are nearly over the line for him to one of us.

Personally I care about the buy back specifically. Not saying I wouldn't want him for however long we could have him but we lost Deulofeu to this sort of deal, and a 60m buy back on a 40m transfer... 20m may not be a whole lot in two years with this ever-inflating market.

Yer Italian fella had €3m a year which is about the same.. But he said no buy back and he's well in at Juve so I'll go with him.
