Because we live in an age where some will jump on genuine mistakes or what others may argue to be ill judged attempts at humour or banter and role out the racism card! Not sure why. Maybe it makes them feel important or better than those they try to label. All a bit silly and a reflection or in my opinion has its roots in the fact that political correctness was never kept in check.
