One off results prove nothing about the quality of a league.

The quality of the French league is skewed somewhat by how ridiculously powerful PSG are.

If PSG were of the standard they were pre takeover the league would probably by looked upon a bit more favourably. Lyon, Lille, Marseille etc are not bad sides at all, big clubs too, then you have traditionally decent clubs like Nice, Monaco, Bordeaux, St Etienne and Montpellier who all go through phases of being useful.

The main problem is that any time a team looks to be going to the next level in France the big boys come in and hoover up all their players. There is a reason why France is where a lot of clubs look to when buying players.

Italian and French leagues are a lot better than theyre given credit for in here.

I only expect kopites, and gloryhunting southerners who support clubs that aren't even local to them (just because they win) to refer to other leagues as "tinpot" .

We should be better than that. Especially referring to other Premier league clubs as tinpot which some fans have done on here.

He flattered to deceive at the best of times and just didn't look settled. It happens, it's happened before and will happen again. Him performing well is good, it means we could pick up a decent fee £30m+ next Summer for him.

Before we start declaring him a star, let's not forget Chuopo-Moting (who got relegated with Stoke) went and played quite well for PSG too.

Nice to see Moise Kean slotting a couple more goals; will do his confidence a world of good. He looks far happier and settled with PSG than he ever did at Everton. Hopefully, at the end of his loan, he will return to us a better player that we can use, or we will be able to sell him on for a decent price.

1: Fun Fact, if a player comes on for 1minute in a game it counts as an 'appearance'. Check his goals to minutes ratio

2: 2nd Fun Fact his father is estranged.

Thought it was a stupid decision to send him out, but its great to see him do well.

Hes competing/rotating with Icardi/Mbappe with 3 players for 2 CF positions.

With us he was 3rd choice for 1 CF position.

Hes a goalscorer, not a target man. PSG are using him well.

Great decision to send him out, he’s basically a slotter, not a RW or someone to chase and link play. Whether he suits our style or capabilities at the moment I’m not sure.
Perhaps a sale in jan if he keeps it up?
Seems good business if we make a profit
