We used to call that goal hanging.The prevailing issue for him whilst playing for us was that the play would break down before he could get into a shooting position, rather than missing a host of chances and being generally a poor finisher. If you watch him for PSG, they relieve him of any duties to interact in the build-up play, and so all he has to do is focus on timings of runs and getting on the wrong side of defenders. Ironically, I'd say Lineker would be a pretty decent comparison stylistically given Kean's natural instinct for goal, coupled with his lack of ability (at present) to play with his back to goal, and act as a pivot to relieve pressure and move the team up the field.
