Who would you send him on loan to and who would you replace him in the squad with

Bring Simms in. Walcott and Richy can play up top too.

Personally don't feel that if we do have a injury crisis Kean would solve anything as we'd probably still whinge that we'd need a more experienced back up striker.

Cos at the moment he's not going to dislodge DCL any time soon or offer anything different to chance a game IMO

Who would I send him on loan too? Some team back in Italy where he'll get guaranteed game time. Unless a Brighton or someone could do the same.

Relying on Simms or Walcott up front???

Come on mate. Surely you can see how poor that would be?

I think we will bring someone in if Kean goes. However if we didn't, what would happen is RIcharlinson would play down the middle if Calvert Lewin got injured. If they both got injured, we would be left at present with Tosun.

However Richarlinson to replace DCL, allowing Iwobi/Bernard to play wide left is not the worst option.

He can't be written off before he's even been given a chance. I know he's had games here, but bit parts, he's never had a continued amount of starts.

Seeing as he's scored in all of the last 3 starts he's had too, it'd make even less sense to say definitively that he'd be no good.

If Kean goes he would have to be replaced. We cant rely on just DCL and Richarlison. The other options simply aren't good enough.

We'd have to bring in another attacker but i think our hands would be tied if we can't offload another like walcott. Kean won't be going in this window anyway, maybe he'll ask for a move for gametime in Jan, but not yet.

Correct. His first season with us last year and he was playing with one of the worst midfield in the league. Completely different set of circumstances to judge him on this season.

As carlo said, anyone would slot with James behind them. His strike rate was brilliant at juve with good players around him, I'm sure he'd be fine starting for us too now, as shown with the way he busted a guy v Fleetwood to get a goal.

It's imperative we replace Kean if he leaves. We should be guided by the fact Juventus want him back, he makes the Italian squad. I still think with continued guidance he has more than enough to make it here.

Would be intriguing if they are looking at a creative solution to allow him leave, and who we might get as a replacement in that scenario, that might involve a deal between us and Juve and a related deal between Juve and another club, and we get a player on loan.

We definately need support for DCL and Richy, I'm still inclined to think that Kean can improve and contribute with goals here and there over the season, in a manner not much different to that which any alternative could offer.

I like Milik but I doubt he would be happy on the bench and I think Kean can still progress.

We keep him. Say no to 50p loan.

The last sentence is the key really. Losing Kean will be difficult as it would require bringing in someone with sufficient quality to sit on the bench most weeks.

The question is does it weaken the team more than leaving Richy out wide and just replacing Dom with Moise. Personally I'd much prefer the latter
