They don't. He knew he lost his head and he went. If anything it's showing a bit of respect to the officials. It was harsh but he knew he had done wrong too.

Hope we do appeal it, handbags never a red and if it is we’ve all gone soft and the game is ruined. I don’t see any reason we don’t win, litrally 1000s of incidents like that over a five game period.

They are allowing more physicality in tackling and battling for the ball this year but they aren't going to be lenient for off the ball incidents. They would back the ref.

I think they would have over turned it personally. It's not like he struck him and we're arguing it wasn't that bad. He's genuinely given him a body bump and been sent off. You look at that twice and change it to yellow. The referee seemed to get caught up in the heat of the moment and overreact.

Yep Kean is an idiot and he needs booting out the door but I just cant see that as a Red.

You can’t react granted, but the lad was kicked, he shoulders the oppoisition, not like he struck him, than they both square up to exchange hand bags- pair of them in it. I’d maintain if it was Harry Kane or Grealish they would have got a free in.

One of the biggest criticisms I read of Kean on here is a lack of passion, he shows some passion, then he’s petulant.

We need to play the decision and not the player here.
