How oblibatory are these obligations to buy? Can they back out of the deal? If they do were f'ed because no one's gonna want him

It's not really an obligation. An obligation means they would definitely sign him after the loan period is up and is how most Italian transfers take place. Because this is dependent on certain 'sporting objectives' that may not occur he may just end up back here. I would suspect though the objectives are easily met and we get our money.

Honestly think, we could see a man possessed if he gets the right coaching under frank and dunc. I really really want to see him succeed ?
 
I thought it had been stated a while ago that Juve were looking to get shot (sell) as he was not up to their standard but also implying they are not able to return him due to the obligation to buy.
