In terms of tackling and possession winning I think he had 2 great years. He's a great midfielder but needs belief. Koemann will have that kind of belief as he played under him before and had one of his best seasons

He was out performing Matic in terms of tackles and interceptions I believe before he signed for us. LVG was completely the wrong manager for a player like that and probably set him back + ruined his confidence
