Like Rooney? We need to go for a young hungry manager now not a name/has been.
Too many managers hanging around that are finished. Living on past reputation.
Yes, this is the problem with Moshiri. Absolutely obsessed with the shiniest thing in the box.Zidane would not come to Everton, so moshiri would be wasting his time.
Sorry mate I wouldn’t take either of those managers now.Depends how you determine a "has been" manager?
I'd have Wenger in a heartbeat. Especially if it is the same arrangement as utd, where we find the right manager and he moves into the DoF role.
I'd also have mourinho, because I think his us Vs them attitude would be a good fit for the players and fans.
Fair doos. With mourinho, it would only make sense if he had money to spend, which we don't. So I wouldn't have him with the current setup.Sorry mate I wouldn’t take either of those managers now.
Both finished and certainly mot the negative attitude of Mourinho
Not enough experience for now someone with a little bit of a track record at another club. Similar to Moyes at Preston.Like Rooney?
He's had 65 games at Derby (and already has them in a position they have no right to be in, with everything that's gone on). Is there really a huge difference between now and the end of the season? Not enough experience for now someone with a little bit of a track record at another club. Similar to Moyes at Preston.
If he keeps Derby up then he should certainly be considered.
The problem he’s not expected to get out of that situation there so it’s a win win for him at Derby. Is he ready to take over Everton now? I dunno if he's the right choice, but I don't think there's a massive difference between now and 4 months from now.
No he's not expected to get out of it, but he's also not expected to be doing anywhere NEAR as well as he is right now. It's not just the points deduction, there's no money, the squad's a shambles... to have 35pts from 26 games is pretty incredible, credit where it's due (regardless of whether he should be in the running for our job)The problem he’s not expected to get out of that situation there so it’s a win win for him at Derby. But at the end of the season it may be worth looking at him. Give him another 20 games Derby. See where he’s at
