In fact, the only way DAVIDMOYES could have known for sure at that point it wasn't to be Stubbs is because he knew who it was...and Kenwright and Elstone had only interviewed the internal *candidates* at that point. It's Weir....nothing more certain.

Strong rumours going around that Pereira has also been interviewed.

We'll see how mental I am quite soon I suspect. I wouldn't put too money on it not being Weir. And there's no hard evidence Everton have interviewed anyone external. Would that they were doing it.

In all honesty lads I find it hilarious as to how much fume there is in here already! The season finished three days ago and the last thing we would want is for someone to be rushed in just so we have someone.

Whether we have made the right or wrong decision we appear to have done the classy thing (unlike united) and waited before the end of the season before turning people's heads, unless you believe this "deal in principle" thing.

Either way, if we're in this position in a weeks time I may be a bit fume, or if we hire someone ****e I will be fully fume. Until then I'm just nervous.

I'm not ITK, I'm merely bringing to bear the power of deduction...and a rich knowledge of how amateurish the people who run this club are. IMO, Weir is as good as installed.

You get yourself in a tiz over stuff that hasnt even happened because it fits your agenda. If it was someone internal I believe it would have been done now. I still believe 95% that its Martinez- someone who you actually want.
