I reckon this guy talking is the guy who does all of Porto's transfers and is the real reason they won the titles.

Yeps. This man is a living God in Porto.

He turned us from the 3rd/4th club in Portugal that would win a domestic league every 15 or 20 years into an European giant - 57 titles in 30 years, 4 European cups, 20 domestic leagues in 30 years. While building a new stadium, a tremendous training facility, winning lots of stuff in other sports (handball, basketball, ring-hockey, etc) with a very small budget.
