In Porto, the system has always been the same since we elected Pinto da Costa 32 years ago, regardless of who is the head-coach/manager (Bobby Robson, Ivic, Mourinho, AVB, Pereira, whoever): the head-coach gives his input but the final decision belongs to Pinto da Costa.

I can't say if he needs that or not. If he goes there, he'll have the same experience in that regard that Mourinho and AVB had.
