It is more likely yes, as it is law for them to do so. Can you prove otherwise?

You know, in an innocent until PROVEN guilty kind of way.

You could be right, ours is the only board docile enough to play by FIFA rules and contract law (it's not a criminal matter to approach staff under contract elsewhere btw).

27th seems to be the date everyones going on about, But that's monday so doesn't that mean our clubs phones will be off and kenwright will stick his fingers in his ears shouting 'lalalalalalala' until it's all over and Pereira has joined inter and we appoint our glorious new overlord and manager alan stubbs.

Alteration to the plan to accomodate stingy bookies and their rules on a manager being in place for 10 games:

Put £10 m on Hope Powell at 10/1 and lay £10m on every other candidate (routing the money through many bank accounts to make it untraceable to Ebepton FC). Install hope powell as manager but employ 2 assistants, vitor pereira and his chosen assistant. Therefore, we get Vitor managing with Hope Powell as a shadow and we get loads of cash. We use some of the cash to hire the best accountant and best lawyer in the land to get out of the slightly illegal dealings.

Benitez about to join Napoli on 2 year deal.

Boss for two reasons. We don't get Rafael. Napoli don't get Vitor.

That's being reported as being as certain as Pellegrini to Man City. That leaves Napoli open for The Fat Waiter and Milan manager Allegri will take charge of Roma next season. Milan are the ones without a manager.

Just seen reports Benitez as the gig at Napoli, 2 year deal.
