Alteration to the plan to accomodate stingy bookies and their rules on a manager being in place for 10 games:

Put £10 m on Hope Powell at 10/1 and lay £10m on every other candidate (routing the money through many bank accounts to make it untraceable to Ebepton FC). Install hope powell as manager but employ 2 assistants, vitor pereira and his chosen assistant. Therefore, we get Vitor managing with Hope Powell as a shadow and we get loads of cash.
