Then it is not Vitor or Martinez. They would have to leave their clubs first. Their clubs would announce it as they would be searching for a new boss themselves.

Martinez is DONE and getting announced on Monday.
Also, Wigan have been looking for new managers since Tuesday.

Did you expect him to come cart wheeling out of the hotel mate?

Alri lads well as the gaurdian states that the two interviews went well with martinez well by the looks of things the first one didnt go well at all

An theirs your proof he didn look to happy so thats prob why he said he will give him another one to prove himself. I dont see martinez an approvement over moyes Seriously i dont its a step back now i always said Pereira was my first choice and remains that with martinez coming second but with ralf in the frame im going pereira ralf then martinez i will back who ever manages our club but i think selecting martinez over managers that are better than him its a kick in the teeth to us supporters to be honest i cant see it at all lads i dont think it will be martinez and if it is i will say sorry to everyone here i just cant see it has proved nothing if we just concentrated on wining a cup we would win it but maybe finish 16 or lower thats not proven nothing we want a winner dont want relegation

Martinez would be a safe choice, but not a guarantee of improvement and innovation. Pereira could be the one who could bring us into CL. Unknown to England, he should have one from our backroom staff as deputy.

If Martinez is done and dusted like some people are saying then why would we wait till Monday to announce it? Doesn't make much sense to me

I personally think Martinez would be very good for us. I respect everybodys opinions, but it might be a bit foolish to slam him now. I hope people can get over their dissapointments and give him (or someone else if it isnt Robby) full support.

I 2nd that mate I think Martinez will be a good appointment a lot of people or complaining about the amount of goals Wigan conceded but surely that would be different with our back line. Given some cash to spend in the summer i think he can push the club forward. Bet a lot of fans didn't want moyes when he was appointed

Pelligrini said the same thing today as Malaga play there last game On sunday. So martinez to Malaga on Monday?
